We offer complimentary standard shipping and returns on orders over $100 in Canada and the US with the option of Express Shipping within Canada for $30.

We also offer flat rate $19.99 CAD for international shipping.

Please allow two business days for processing of standard shipments plus an additional four business days for delivery. Overall, please allow six business days from the initial order date to receive your shipment. Shipping timeline may vary in rural areas.

Express orders will be processed in the same day plus an

We ship from our warehouse in Toronto, ON, Canada.

We hope you love your purchase, however, if it doesn’t work out within 30 days of order receipt, please email us: info@alantino.com.

To return, an item must:

Be unworn, in its original condition.
Have return tag, as originally attached. Have branding tag(s), as originally attached. Be in original packaging.

Once your return shipment is received, a refund will be processed within five business days.  Any item returned that does not meet the above criteria will not be processed and will be returned to the sender.

We accept most major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), ALANTINO gift cards, Apple, Shop and Google Pay.

Beside, we accept Klarna and Afterpay.

We pride ourselves on meticulous construction.  If something is not perfect, please email info@alantino.com. In your email, please provide as much information as you can such as a style number/name & pictures of the garment, description of the issue and a mailing address if needed. We will do our best to resolve
any concerns.

For returns or warranty claims, you will see your refund within 2-5
business days from the processing date if you purchased with a credit
card. However, depending on your financial institution, it could take up
to 10 business days for your funds to be reflected on your statement. A
Paypal refund should be reflected within 2-5 business days from the
processing date.

Klarna & Afterpay
Klarna or Afterpay purchases can be returned by mail for a refund. Purchases returned by mail will be refunded directly to your Klarna or Afterpay account. Do not return your purchase directly to Klarna or Afterpay.
